Cooperative & Condominium Management

As a long term member and contributor to the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums, members of IRPM have been involved in the conversion, management, and sales of Cooperative Apartment Buildings since the early 1980’s. We are very proud of the expertise that we developed over the years and also have on staff attorneys who represented countless cooperatives and homeowners associations in the past. Our staff is courteous and professional in dealing with cooperative boards as well as on an individual shareholder/subtenant level.

Construction Management

Ongoing preventative maintenance and capital improvement programs are essential to running a successful building and in construction management, efficiency is absolutely crucial. Through years of experience, utilizing long‐term contractor relationships and strict bidding structures, IRPM has and continues to successfully manage a wide variation of construction projects, including additions, retrofits, and full building renovations. The experience and hands-on involvement enables us to ensure our owners and shareholders receive a sound return on investment before construction begins. We specialize in apartment renovations, gas conversions, elevator modernizations, Local Law 11 façade plans, full rehabilitation of ECB and DOB plagued projects as well as ground up
